The facelifted Sonet will be offered in seven variants, including HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, and X-Line.
What features will be available in the Kia Sonet facelift?
The facelifted Sonet is expected to get updates in the form of revised LED headlamps and DRLs, new vertically stacked taillights, LED light bar on the bootlid, redesigned front and rear bumpers, and new 16-inch alloy wheels. The colour options are Pewter Olive, Glacier White Pearl, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Intense Red, Imperial Blue, Clear White, Intense Red with an Aurora Black Pearl roof, Glacier White Pearl with an Aurora Black Pearl roof, and Xclusive Matte Graphite.
Inside, the updated sub-four-metre SUV will come equipped with a reworked centre console, new AC panel and vents, coloured digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, and a 360-degree camera. Also on offer will be a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, three-spoke steering wheel with controls, and an electric sunroof.
What will be the engine, performance, and specifications of the Kia Sonet facelift?
The 2023 Sonet will come with the same powertrain options as the current-gen car. These include a 1.2-litre NA petrol motor, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol mill, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. Transmission options will include a five-speed manual, six-speed manual, six-speed iMT, six-speed torque converter automatic, and a seven-speed DCT unit.
Is the Kia Sonet facelift a safe car?
The Kia Sonet facelift has not been tested yet for any crash test safety ratings.
What will be the rivals to the Kia Sonet facelift?
The facelifted Sonet will compete against the Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Mahindra XUV300, Renault Kiger, and the Nissan Magnite.
