Description
Evolet, an Indian startup, recently launched the Derby electric scooter. It is available in two variants: Derby EZ, with a 60 V/30 Ah VRLA battery; and Derby Classic, with a 60 V/30 Ah Lithium-Ion battery. The former is priced at Rs 46,499 whereas the latter will set you back by Rs 59,999 (ex-showroom India). The two variants are capable of covering 60 km in one charge and are powered by a 250-watt BLDC motor. The scooter comes with a top speed of 25kmph and does not require a licence to ride.
